Progression through the IEP

The Applied English Center Intensive English Program (IEP) offers five levels of academic English language instruction, plus a Basic level for students just beginning their English language study. Progression through the program is determined, in part, by a student's final grades. Students typically spend one semester per level.

How long you spend in the IEP depends on your level of English when you arrive, the speed at which you learn, and your willingness to study hard and immerse yourself in an English language environment.
